- My personal education philosophy is "student centered", which means that every decision I make regarding education, instruction, and discipline is based on what is best for students. West Ridge Elementary also shares similar beliefs. West Ridge Elementary will develop an environment that provides caring, the best education, and that supports all students. This is why I'm so excited to be apart of West Ridge Elementary.
